Toys for Tots Request 2007       DEADLINE FOR ALL REQUESTS IS: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7th. To ALL Organizations: The following three items MUST be provided before your request will be considered. 1. Toy Request Form - Available via email 2. Brief history of the organization on the organization’s letterhead and how you distribute and promote the     Toys for Tots efforts. 3. Organization’s Non-Profit Tax ID# certificate (no older than two years)        Copies can be obtained by calling the IRS at: (877) 829-5500 Upon receipt of all items, you will be contacted by a Toys for Tots representative.   Individual families are encouraged to contact their local non-profit organization for assistance.
